Rebels is looking for a Tech Talent Sourcer to join our innovative team.
We are growing faster each year, and we aim to build strong teams of developers to provide our clients with the services they need. Thereby we want to enhance our recruitment team with a talented Tech Sourcer/Junior Recruiter.

Being a Technical Sourcer at Rebels, you will have all the freedom and space to grow further as a Recruitment Specialist.

What will you do at Rebels?
- Source and identify qualified IT specialists via different channels
- Work closely with talent acquisition to build a consistent talent pipeline
- Implement existing sourcing technics or come up with new ones
- Maintain candidate's information via internal ATS
- Use your creativity to find new sourcing channels
- Search for new tools and strategies that will improve our hiring process
- Participate in employer brand initiatives
- Analyze the market and present industry research, if needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tech news and current recruitment trends
- Professional yet creative start-up environment
- Mentoring and support with your career growth (to a Recruiter/TA)
- We are providing you with all needed sourcing&recruitment tools: LinkedIn Recruiter Professional; Grammarly Business; Amazing Hiring, etc.

What do you need to join us?
- Desire to grow as a Junior Recruiter
- Excellent researching skills
- Hands-on experience with an ATS and different sourcing tools
- Understanding of technologies and the IT industry
- Experience participating in employer branding (is a plus)
- Feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Fluent Dutch is also preferable
